In order to check status of your Visa application, your must use the principal applicant's last name, together with confirmation number, applicant's email, or phone number(s).

To use phone number, please use the exact format you entered when filling order form, for example, if you entered 123-456-7890, use the same format with '-'. If you are not sure which format used, try both format, for example, try 1234567890 and (123)456 7890.
